RELAXATION MASSAGE
Massage is applying pressure, tension, motion, or vibration, with the hands or with mechanical aids, to the soft tissues of the body to produce a very relaxing feeling. Massage is an effective way to relieve stress, anxiety, and tension. A massage using essential oils combines the balancing properties of the oils with the relaxing and therapeutic of touch.
Massages can have the following effects:

A massage involves the person lying on a massage table, sitting upright in a massage chair, or lying on a pad on the floor. Except for Acupressure, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Thai Massage, or Barefoot Deep Tissue, the person is generally unclothed or partially unclothed, and their body is draped with towels or sheets. This will help keep the person warm which helps in the relaxation response.
