How To Prepare A Relaxing Bath

Taking your time to relax in the bath is a great way to soothe away stress and make you feel good about yourself. It will add a healthy glow to the body and re-invigorating the spirit. It is important to have a calming atmosphere for a relaxing bubble bath.

1. Make sure your bathroom is clean and warm. Make sure your bathroom always has a nice relaxing astrosphere. The colors in your surroundings can have a powerful effect on your mood.

2. Have some nice fluffy towels, something to wear, a plush soft robe and slippers to wear when you get out of the bath.

3. Use some nice fragrance candles for a soft relaxing ambience. Use calming colors to such as blues, greens, purple, or whites.

4. Use a nice fragrance bubble bath, bath gel, bath crystals or essential oils in your bath. Use your favorite soap. Lavender is a fragrance most known for its relaxation benefits and sleep inducing qualities. Rose has a sweet relaxing fragrance. Chamomile, vanilla and sandalwood are good too.

5. Music has the power to help you relax. Find some of your favorite music to play. Use a relaxing music and even some soft jazz will do. 6. Run your bath until it is a comfortably hot temperature. Be careful not to make it too hot.

7. Use an inflatable bath pillow to rest your neck while you are bathing.

8. Carefully climb into the bath, and relax in the warm water with your favorite scents and music surrounding you. Using deep breathing techniques in the bath can help relax the body.

9. When you get out of the bath, dry yourself with the towel. Afterwards, put on a nice scented body lotion or moisturizer.

10. Treat yourself to a facial to finish off your bath.
